SHIPPING

We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING on all orders over $100! For orders under $100, or for international orders, standard shipping rates apply.

At this time, we ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express.

RETURNS

Returning an order within 30 days of shipment:

If you return an item in new condition within 30 days of the original shipment date, you can choose to receive a refund via your original payment method or a Fashion & Compassion Gift Card for the original price paid. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

Returning an order within 90 days of shipment: 

If you return an item between 30 - 90 days of your order's ship date, you will receive a Fashion & Compassion Gift Card for the original price paid. We unfortunately do not offer credit card & check refunds after 30 days of your order's ship date & we do not accept returns after 90 days. Original shipping charges on returned items are also non-refundable.

Refunds for orders paid by check:

If you paid for your order with a check, Fashion & Compassion will issue you a refund via a Gift Card after the check has cleared our financial institution, which usually takes between 7-10 business days.

Items not included in our return policy:

Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items lost or damaged in transit:

Items that are damaged in transit or items missing from a shipment that are reported within 5 business days of the original shipment date are eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.

Defective items:

If your Fashion & Compassion item has a defect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you within 90 days of the original shipment date.

Out of Stock Items:

If an item is returned within 30 days, but is out of stock, you will receive a full refund. If an item is returned after 30 days, we will refund you with a gift card for the original amount paid. Any returns after 90 days will not be accepted.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased & shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the product. A store credit for returns will be issued by e-mail as an E-Gift Card. A valid email address must be provided.

Depending on your location, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to arrive at our office.
 Shipping costs are non-refundable & you are responsible for shipping cost on return items. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a track-able delivery method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
